PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHED BUSINESS
Oz Matilda Bears take pride in their efficiency and honesty in all business dealings. Being a totally secured site will give you the customer total confidence that your business transactions will be kept confidential. We do not solicit business and never give out any of our customers details.

ORDER
Orders can be made verbally, by phone/fax (normal business trading hours) or e-mail. The Following terms and conditions apply:-

DELIVERY
Delivery is made immediately after receipt and verification of payment and availability to bears ‘one of a kind bears’ will be posted ASAP if not sold. A costing of postage/insurance will be given by Oz Matilda Bear co., to you for the overall pricing minus any discounts if you are a member.

QUALITY CONTROL
Oz Matilda Bear Co., are very strict with quality control and guarantee all our work, however if you are not pleased with our product for whatever reason, please return within 5 days of receipt in original condition, clothing etc., and a full refund will be issued. We are proud to say that to date not one bear has ever found its way back to our business abode!.

DEPOSITS FOR ORDERS
We do not hold bears under any circumstance or have lay by facilities. Bears ordered must be secured with 25% of the costing price deposit held by Oz Matilda Bear Co., to secure that particular bear until it is made within a reasonable time. If you cancel the order, you forfeit your deposit monies to Oz Matilda Bear Co. The Company will inform you when your bear is coming up to be made, once finished Oz Matilda will again contact you for transaction. If payment is not met, the bear will automatically be placed to the next waiting collector in line.

Payments can be made by Money order in Australian Dollars, bank cheque AUS$ , Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard. Australian Personal cheques are accepted however a clearance will be secured before releasing the product.
